In the event that weather affects a Pit Row Media pay-per-view broadcast event, we adhere to these guidelines:

If heat races or qualifying (whichever is sooner) do not have the chance to begin, we will issue a 100% refund for the broadcast day.
If heat races or qualifying has begun but has not completed, we will issue a 75% pro-rated refund for the broadcast day.
If heat races or qualifying has completed, we will issue a 50% pro-rated refund for the broadcast day.
If feature contests begin, the broadcast day and purchase will be considered “completed” and no refunds will be issued.

In the event that inclement weather postpones an event, any purchased passes will be good for the rescheduled event. In the event that we are unable to reschedule the broadcast (i.e. schedule conflicts), refunds will be issued in accordance with our normal procedures.

For multi-day events where races are rescheduled as part of the following day’s program, these events will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

For subscription-based plans such as the CARS Tour TV or Legends Nation TV monthly subscription, live events are considered part of the entire access package and are not able to be refunded or otherwise credited in the event of weather, postponement, cancellation, etc.

Cancellation of subscription-based plans such as CARS Tour TV and Legends Nation TV may be done at any time by the user. We reserve the right to approve, deny or modify any subscriber’s plan based on previous account activity such as excessive or abusive cancellation/renewal cycles. Subscribers who may fall into this category will be contacted by Pit Row Media and/or our partners at Riivet before any actions are taken.
